PASSEPARTOUTS

Passepartouts are used to visually magnify the "picture" environment within the picture frame. At the same time, the effect of the thickness of passepartout currently being used is to place the "picture" more deeply, creating a sense of space .

In addition, a passepartout creates a distance between the glass and the picture object; for conservation reasons, original art prints, drawings, watercolours, etc. should not be framed directly onto the glass . 

Our computer-controlled machine cuts passpartouts to all sizes, up to a max. of 2.50 x 1.30m, in various thicknesses; multiple cutouts are not a problem, and nor are several passpartouts on top of each other, since we can configure such designs on the monitor screen. We can also handle large series batches.
